Fiesta Time- Cinco De Mayo Favors

It's really such a shame that we don't have more holidays that involve giving little kids candy don't you think? Since I have more jelly beans than I know what to do with from last month's Easter eggs I thought I'd make little party favors for Cinco de Mayo. It seems like the perfect time to try my hand at the pinata fringe technique that I so admire from crafty places like Corner Blog, though I cheated and used doube-sided tape to secure my crepe paper. This project cost me about $5, I rescued some cardboard tubes from the recycling bin, and I put an end to the candy stash...not bad for a hours work! See picture tutorial.
